Buying a new car is a big step but it doesn’t have to be a daunting one. Hertrich made the whole buying process quick and easy for someone like myself who hate going to the dealership. I came in for an oil change and I also brought in a coupon for free wash and vacuum. The oil change was fine. However when they came to tell me it was done, I asked if they did the wash and vacuum and coupon for free wash and vacuum. The oil change was fine. When they came back the second time, they didn't do vacuum. I asked 2 times and had to remind them that the coupon stated wash and vacuum. When they came back the final time, the back still was not done. I was very frustrated and just left. More

I initially went in to the service department to price a part, and to my surprise they actually had the part in Stock. Fran of the service Department was very instrumental in my being serviced the same day part, and to my surprise they actually had the part in Stock. Overall the service was excellent. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because when I dropped the jeep off I asked to please have it washed. The good - They were able to get my car in quickly. I took it to them because there is no VW dealer near by and this model was actually built on a Chrysler assembly line..
