I made a 1 pm appointment for an oil change and tire rotation - I said that I would be waiting at the dealership for the service. I was there 15 minutes early. Employee at the second desk is ALWAYS and was extremely rude. He barked over the gentleman helping us, interrupted and did not explain his frustrations. Made appt. For first thing Tuesday morning. Jeep wasn't seen till 3pm Wednesday! You diagnosed problem as I told the service guy, AC compressor pulley. Instead of fixing that issue they wanted to replac seen till 3pm Wednesday! You diagnosed problem as I told the service guy, AC compressor pulley. Instead of fixing that issue they wanted to replace whole unit for 1300. Took it to another shop that day they discovered leak in AC system. Fixed all for much less.. Funny thing is, I took jeep to you guys in July for AC issues. You said you tested system and said nothing was wrong. Ill never step foot in your shop again. More

Not helpful at all with trying to resolve an issue with my 2016 challenger. Dealer fixed the car when it was under warranty but repair failed and would not help in any way.
