They don't service used cars. Salesman reset oil gage like it was just changed. When I changed oil it was very black and all filters were very bad . Recieved 1 car key and it broke in a month would not r like it was just changed. When I changed oil it was very black and all filters were very bad . The service department is awesome!!! Extremely helpful and friendly to service all your vehicle needs... I had a internal engine noise on my Toyota venza and they were able to diagnose it and fix it in a and friendly to service all your vehicle needs... I was surprised and very disappointed. Mom I was scheduled, with an appointment, for an oil change and tire rotation. After an hour and a half, a clerk came to talk to another woman who was w I was scheduled, with an appointment, for an oil change and tire rotation. After an hour and a half, a clerk came to talk to another woman who was waiting, she explained about the slight wear on her tires and strongly suggested an alignment for $99.00. About 15 minutes later a gentleman came to me and strangely said the exact same thing, almost verbatim. Very curious. I said no and he said they would finish up soon. At the 2 hour mark I went to the counter and asked the young woman if she could check on how much longer it would be stating it was now over 2 hours. She said I would have to go to the service building and ask, apparently the meaning of Customer Service is lost on her and possibly her phone does not work. I went to the other building asked about my car then had to follow a gentleman back to the same girl behind the counter to pay. Seriously, there are a hundred places I can take my car to change the oil, I plan on checking them out the next time. Sorry, not sorry. More
