Long time customer I have been using the service dept at Herrin Gear since 1993 when I bought my first Lexus. They are extremely busy, but are consistently courteous an I have been using the service dept at Herrin Gear since 1993 when I bought my first Lexus. He called when the car was ready and went over the service summary carefully with me. My car had been cleaned and vacuumed. All was well. More
