Happy, Happy, Happy this concerned my wife's car, for which we just recently traded turning in her 2009 Lexus (b/c she won't drive anything with more than 100k miles). this concerned my wife's car, for which we just recently traded turning in her 2009 Lexus (b/c she won't drive anything with more than 100k miles). She has a tendency to get very concerned about the working ability of her car. But Al in the service deptmt always kept her happy (which made my life considerably easier) and we always were able to get a loaner. Service was always done in a day, or 2 if there was a part issue, and service days were as convenient as they could be. The service department was a big reason of why she wanted to by the next Lexus. As for the sales end, we recently dealt with Chip. We told him our parameters and he found us what we needed. Whole process from my 1st visit to driving car off was less than 4 days.
