I CANNOT say the same for service manager STAN GORMAN. Al should be the SERVICE MANAGER. All so, if i was to purchase another lexus at herrin gear, i would stay away from SHAUN of the sales dept. who sold me the car in 2016. I have to give both STAN and SHAUN a THUMBS DOWN based on my experience at Herrin Gear Lexus. More
