Source of excellent service Jon Shoulders and Robert Hadden went to great lengths in trying to get me the vehicle that I originally wanted. When it became apparent that the one I wanted was in very short supply; being a new model that had just been released; they suggested an upgrade to the model of Lexus I currently owned. With the new features and capabilities of the upgraded model, we were able to make a deal for a much better car than the one I originally was looking for. I will be going back to them when I get ready to make another trade. More
