I would give zero stars if possible. The service manager was extremely rude. I received multiple different answers/recommendations and told that it was acceptable for a Lexus LS 460 to burn up to 1.1 quarts was extremely rude. I received multiple different answers/recommendations and told that it was acceptable for a Lexus LS 460 to burn up to 1.1 quarts of oil every 600 miles driven. Also they put the incorrect type of oil in my car. I am 60 years old and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a dealer’s or any other service department. More
