Poor service department I came in this dealership for a routine oil change. I had my Transmission serviced to only get home and find a large puddle of transmission fluid on m I came in this dealership for a routine oil change. I had my Transmission serviced to only get home and find a large puddle of transmission fluid on my garage floor the next day. When I returned the following day I was told the technician was not in and will have to return the next day. I had no issues with my transmission prior to having it serviced. I only had it services because it was recommended. Also, I had brakes that was supposed to be replaced in 02/2017 only 11 months ago. I asked them to please check my breaks because they were sounding horrible. I was told that they were worn out and had to be replaced. I was told that I am probably riding my brakes. I have never had brakes that needed to be replaced in less than one year. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone. More
