Oil change They were ready for me at the scheduled time. Brittany was very polite and courteous. I waited outside and she came looking for me to let me know everything was completed instead of me having to go check. Service tech said it would take 45 minutes and he was right on time. I’m very pleased with Herlong and the genuine service and care they exhibit. More

Horrible I had 3 diagnostic lights go off and my truck was riding rough and they said they couldn’t look at it for two weeks. I ended up taking it to Fairway F I had 3 diagnostic lights go off and my truck was riding rough and they said they couldn’t look at it for two weeks. I ended up taking it to Fairway Ford and it turns out both my front hubs were broke. I pay for an extended warranty and I think Herlong has horrible customer service. Fairway said I shouldn’t of even been driving it. More
