Great Service I always used Satcher Ford but the new ownership/management there is terrible. I decided to give Herlong a try and I am glad that I did. The drive is I always used Satcher Ford but the new ownership/management there is terrible. I decided to give Herlong a try and I am glad that I did. The drive is longer at 30 minutes compared to 10 to Stokes Hodges Ford but well worth it. Great service and a very friendly and helpful staff. More

I was extremely happy with the sales experience when I purchased the used F150 2016 pickup. However about a week in i began to feel a vibration or shudder in the drive train on inclines. The service depar purchased the used F150 2016 pickup. However about a week in i began to feel a vibration or shudder in the drive train on inclines. The service department worked on it for three weeks last summer. I was told that the torque converter was replaced and then a rebuilt transmission was installed. This seemed to fix the issue until around December when i felt it just a couple of time. Then in January it got worst and on inclines it became almost constant. I did report to the service department that it seemed that once I drove it over 40 miles at one time it seemed to stop. They again put it in the shop last week for 3 days and could not fine the issue. On the drive back to work last Friday it continued to occur and has not gotten any better. It may be time to get Ford Company involved to figure out the issue. I love the truck however I am becoming concerned about long term use and reliability. More

I went in for the works and to have an air pressure sensor tested or replaced. At first he told me the tire had a nail in it, but that was wrong tire,he finally fixed sensor on tire that was causing wa sensor tested or replaced. He said according to the paperwork that everything was good, including battery, but today the truck wouldn't start, I looked at battery and it was loaded with corrosion which couldn't be missed if the battery had been inspected. Also my appointment was 11 am and I was there till 3pm. More
