He was very upfront about the suv and did not make us feel rushed to make a decision even though he had three other sets of customers waiting to see him while we where there. Great Sales Team I found the car I wanted on Auto trader. I called before I actually came and spoke with a sales rep to make sure that the vehicle was still available. I found the car I wanted on Auto trader. I called before I actually came and spoke with a sales rep to make sure that the vehicle was still available. When I got there the sales rep that I organically spoke with was no where to be found. I then was greeted by a new sales rep Brandon. Brandon made me feel welcome and at home. He had a team member James who helped him because he was new. Those tow together made my experience amazing. The went above and beyond to make sure that all my needs was met. There was a manager that I disliked very much. He actually made me cry to the point that I wanted to leave and just forget about the car. But then James and Brandon rescued the sale. When I went back to pick up my car a week later; I was greeted by of course James and Brandon with Welcoming arms. I also met the finance manager, I cant remember her name but she had blonde pretty hair and loved Michael Kors like me. She also went above and beyond to make sure every question I had was answered and even recommend me to an insurance agent because I was wanting to switch. I would recommend anyone I know here. Just be sure to ask for James or Brandon when you go. I assure you they will make your experience unforgettable. More
