Your manager Bobby had me wait 3 months before getting a loaner to us to fix a problem with truck since purchase. problem still not fixed a year later. My truck has been at your dealership more than in my possession in the last year because your mechanics are apparently not knowledable in their field . The Ford F-150 has a known problem with the IWE system which your service department refuses to address. Within a month of purchase I had to replace all 4 tires, break pads and rotors. That should never have happened when you spend $32000 on a vehicle . I spent $1500 on an extended warranty that no other Ford dealer in my area will accept . I would never recommend Herlong . More

When we left them because they were not willing to negotiate, we were going to get something to eat and saw a Colorado at your location. We walked into the office and someone directed us to Brandon Pennington. He was a super salesman. As we talked about the truck and the price, we started to work together on the final price. After test driving the truck, we saw Brandon and his manager outside. He asked how was the drive and we said great. His manager told me he loved the tie I was wearing with my suit. and wanted to know if he could have it. Needless to say, the tie got me another $55.00 off the bottom line.
