Courteous. The only issue I had was that there was a coupon for oil change and rotation for $80.75. I venture to say that this dealership has the least competent service department I have ever dealt with. Truck was taken in due to a broken transmission shifter bracket. A week and a half later they tr competent service department I have ever dealt with. Truck was taken in due to a broken transmission shifter bracket. A week and a half later they tried to tell me it was a Transmission Control Module (conveniently not covered under warranty). Finally had to put my foot down and tell them NO to replacing the TCM as I knew it was not the issue. Three weeks later I get a call from service telling me that they "think" my truck is finished and can be picked up, but there is an issue with the battery that it wasn't charged. Wait you "think" it is finished ... well either it is or isn't. This truck has an AGM battery which CAN NOT be allowed to sit discharged or it is no longer usable. I informed the service department 21 days ago when I got the OnStar notification that the battery was dead/dying. Clearly, they didn't care and allowed it to sit and fully discharge. Then quoted me an OUTLANDISH price to replace the battery. Nope, I'm good. I'll replace it myself, even though you caused the issue. I guess if they couldn't get me to fall for the Transmission Control Module scam (Again, so conveniently NOT covered under warranty when the bracket was) that they would try and make a buck on the battery ... I dropped off a truck that ran fine but you couldn't put it in gear due to the broken bracket and I am picking up a truck that the shifter works in but won't crank. Sometimes you just have to bite the bullet and fix things yourself because the "Professionals" aren't capable of being professional. Please stay away from this dealership's service department. When speaking to one of the employees in service when I was trying to figure out when my truck would be completed, he stated he was told by management "If you aren't capable of lying to customers, then you are probably in the wrong business." That statement cost this dealership any further business from a family that has purchased 5 vehicles in the past 4 years and Chevrolet a lifelong customer. More
