My 2020 Silverado has been at this dealership 2 times in 5 weeks for the same problem.A check engine light.First time for 2 weeks.Got it out on Friday and took it back the following Wednesday.They called 17 5 weeks for the same problem.A check engine light.First time for 2 weeks.Got it out on Friday and took it back the following Wednesday.They called 17 days latter on 1/2/2021 and said it was ready to be picked up.So I went and got the keys and told them I would come the next day to get it.Went there and started the truck and the engine light was still on.I will not be going back to this dealership. As a disable Veteran, I call on Dec 15, 2020 by phone, talked to Paul, sales manager since live about 350 plus away, about 10:30 Said, with my trade have some numbers in about 30-45 minutes--About 5:30pm talked to Paul, sales manager since live about 350 plus away, about 10:30 Said, with my trade have some numbers in about 30-45 minutes--About 5:30pm that evening, I called and he said "we have been so busy in the show room, I have not had the time to call back!"-I SAID " DON'T YOU THINK I'm A CUSTOMER AS WELL????????--HOW RUDE !! --IT GETS BETER MY FELLOW VETERANS--Called to talk to Joe Herlong himself, THE OWNER to make the communication complaint --get SAME COMMUNICATIONS "NONE", "NONE"--WHO IS THE CUSTOMER "me" OR "THEM"?? The communications training comes from the top--the owner himself!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THIS DEALERSHIP?? Stupidity working at its best!! More
