From what I’ve gathered, you came in to see a vehicle that was listed online and the vehicle had wear and tear on the center console that you weren’t aware of. We want you to know that we would have kept our promise on repairing and covering the costs for such a simple repair had you decided you wanted to move forward with the vehicle. I emailed the general manager and sales manager shortly after my visit, and received no response from either. So the reply to this review is merely to save face, your dealership was already given the opportunity and had no interest. I’m already driving my new Lexus from the wonderful people at TruAuto! There are too many great dealerships to work with - don’t waste your time and money here people!
