I am blown away by the professionalism, honesty, and efficiency of this dealership. I’ve recently been searching for a used truck and had shopped around for quite sometime. I decided to stop into Herlong Chevrolet and check out their inventory. After paying off my car and getting a nice trade in value the deal was settled on my brand new 2024 Silverado 1500 and setup exactly how I wanted it. I cannot thank you enough Herlong Chevy and the people there for helping pick out my dream truck. This is by far the best dealership and customer service experience I’ve ever had! Courteous. The only issue I had was that there was a coupon for oil change and rotation for $80.75. They could not get it to work but did give me and a lady a 2 The only issue I had was that there was a coupon for oil change and rotation for $80.75. They could not get it to work but did give me and a lady a 20% discount which made the oil and rotation cost $89.20. No one tried to explain why the better coupon didn't work. More
