I made online appointment for oil change, upon arriving No one was available to direct me I had to approach someone. When I said I was there for oil change I was told I also have a recall that needs time a No one was available to direct me I had to approach someone. When I said I was there for oil change I was told I also have a recall that needs time and parts. I had to reschedule my appointment. I received a call when the parts were available, I asked for a loaner car because I was advised the oil change and parts replacement can take 4 hours. I went in but no loaner car instead I was offered enterprise where I have to give $50 security to get a car, I refused and decided to wait. The person who checked me in kept saying I have to pay and I kept telling him I have service package that covers my services. I asked to see if I can do all that is needed while I wait and the guy said yes but not all was completed when I received my car 7 hours later. I checked in at 8am and I left the dealership at 3pm with only parts replaced and oil change. When I was told I have to pay at multiple times I had to keep reminding the guy I don’t have to pay anything as I have a package for the services and the recall should be free but he kept saying I have to pay. I had asked about tire rotation I was told that not the in the package but when I was leaving the guy said it’s in your service package. All and all it was terrible service as I had to wait along time, service that were part of my package was not completed and the guy did not check to verify before telling me I have to pay. Sorry but please call customers before and verify all so they don’t come there and leave with only half the services. Thank you More
Service side is terrible. Not worth buying a vehicle from them as when it needs service you’ll be greatly disappointed. Be warned. The service was great! I would have provided 5 stars but I had to wait almost an hour to get loaner (Enterprise) car. When the car arrived, it was dirty (windows, steering wheel).
