After diagnosis from trouble-shooting I was informed as to the situation. It was warranty issue and was fully covered. They furnished me with a rental car and informed me in the process of repairs. Picked up my car and everything seems to be going really well. Much thanks to the staff of every department on a job well done. Happy owner of over 8 years. More

Just OK Service was okay, but time estimate was off. I set an appointment online to have a 100K mile service done and a full detail cleaning. Appointment wa Service was okay, but time estimate was off. I set an appointment online to have a 100K mile service done and a full detail cleaning. Appointment was for 3 pm. I called to verify they would have time to complete it all before closing. They assured me they would. Turns out they came to me at 5:30 pm and said they couldn’t finish. I had to bring it back the next day. I paid $135 for the detail car wash. They did get the carpet clean, but the rest of the cleaning was just basic. I even still had bugs on the bumper. More

Service We went into the service department waiting area at 9:50 am. The lady that checked our car in came in and told us that the service on our car would t We went into the service department waiting area at 9:50 am. The lady that checked our car in came in and told us that the service on our car would take about a hour and half. We sat in the waiting area until 1:00 pm, that is when I ask about the car. The guy came and told us that they had the tires off and getting ready to put them back on. Around 1:20 my car was ready. (3 1/2 hours) Driving home my low tire light came on dashboard. The time before this I had the same experience with the time of service and my dashboard was not working when I got home. I called and they helped me to reset it. They said the service guy just didn't reset it after he did a recall. This kind of time and service is not acceptable and I will be looking for another Service Department. More
