Worst service ever!!!! I will not be going to union city Volkswagen. Bought a part, called every week for 5 months getting different people, finding out the people I was talking to got fired a week later. W Volkswagen. So when parts finally get it in 5 months later, The rude Service Guy Joe wants to be a smart xxx about not giving me any type discount on service he told me come get your money and hang up the phone. Ain’t that a xxxxx! I’m going to get my refund. More

Customer service was great, as always. The only issue I had was them not resetting the service light after getting a service and oil change. I called the next day and was told that I would need to come bac had was them not resetting the service light after getting a service and oil change. I called the next day and was told that I would need to come back in to have it reset. I don’t live in the area so I had to go to another dealer to get it done. It’s not a huge issue, just inconvenient. More

Very disappointed in the fact that you would do my 30k mile service and chg me over $500 when I only had 21k miles on my car. I waited 3 hours for all of this and it wasn’t even necessary. Then come to mile service and chg me over $500 when I only had 21k miles on my car. I waited 3 hours for all of this and it wasn’t even necessary. Then come to find out you did my 20k Serv last yr w only 14k miles. I won’t be using this dealership again. I pd $60 for my Chevy Silverado 4x4 hi country w more miles on it. Plus I was charged another $28 for a service write up fee. What the heck. In these trying times we are all in the same boat. I’m sad to see my dealership go to these extremes to make money off of clients. More
