I was interested in the new jetta Sportwagen TDI. Mike was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the car (and believe me it has a lot of features). A 1/2 hour back at the dealership to sign papers and off I drove in my new JSW. The car was spotless and ready to go. Copared to my last new car purchase (which was pretty much an all day ordeal), this was actually a pleasure. And, bottom line, I got the car I wanted at a very fair price. More
