First contacted the dealer through the internet; received a prompt response and visited the showroom two days later; met with Jeanette Johnson, test drove two Touaregs-- gasoline and TDI Sport-- and bought t a prompt response and visited the showroom two days later; met with Jeanette Johnson, test drove two Touaregs-- gasoline and TDI Sport-- and bought the TDI (using a USAA intenet price certificate). Ms. Johnson was very pleasant, knowlegeable and cooperative, including arranging to have our trade in vehicle promptly appraised. Using the USAA certificate and a very good trade in appraisal, we agreed to a fair price and picked up the car the next day. The "extras" provided by Heritage, such as extended, unlimited powertrain warranty, airport pick up and drop off of vehcle for scheduled maintenance work, 12 month "appearance" (dent repair) protection and related made this very pleasant buying experience. I look forward to future dealings with Heritage. More

This was my first experience purchasing a new Volkswagen and also my first experience at Heritage Volkswagen. His name is Ron Douglas, and his knowledge of the Jetta that we leased was extremely beneficial. We had a dollar amount in mind that we did not want to go over as far as our monthly payments were concerned and he worked very hard to accommodate our wishes. We left the dealership with a beautiful 2011 VW Jetta that I am enjoying immensely.
