We purchased our vehicle within several hours of Corey showing us a variety of models. I would highly recommend Heritage Volkswagen of South Atlanta. The only bad taste I had was what seemed like a bit of high pressure sales/scare tactics to purchase extended warranties during the financial closing. I had to actually cut the representative short and explain that I had my wife and three young children waiting for me and didn't really have an extra 30-45 minutes to listen to the entire sales presentation. I didn't care for the way the representative showed me a VW part, took the time to explain how it was his bank, dump the pennies out and then commence to use scare tactics to tell me how expensive it is to repair that particular part if I didn't purchase an extended warranty/service plan. This tactic uses fear as a sales tool and I don't care for this line of thinking. I didn't find this tactic to be in line with my otherwise fabulous experience at Heritage VW of South Atlanta but am willing to overlook this bad memory because all other aspects of the sales process were superb and Corey was amazingly courteous and professional.
