My whole experience was amazing, I went in thinking that all I was going to do was look and maybe test drive a car, and I walked out with a brand new car, a fabulous deal on price and financing. I test drove three Cars and the one I really wanted was well out of my price range, however the team at heritage VW helped me find one that was in my price range with comfortable payment options. My mom and stepdad were with me to help negotiate and get everything situation that I wouldn't have been able to on my own. Overall my experience here at this dealership has well exceeded my expectations. I would bring my Jetta in for routine oil changes and now I'm driving a 2016 Tiguan !!!
