Bad Service Department They got mad with me because they didn't charge enough for repair. Service guy said we agreed to price over the phone which I agree . My wife when to get tje car and the told her another price, she paid and they gave her bill stamped Paided in full. Then I get call few later for the service guy accusing me trying to beat the them I'm in another state have been for 2 weeks i have no knowledge of what my wife paid, now she upset. i went back up there once got back in town and paid the difference, however it wasn't my fault They left oil on my seats and just today I found bolts under the driver seat. More

Customer service Bryant was awesome! He made my husband and I feel very comfortable knowing that he would be taking care of my car. He made sure that I was I. A loaner Bryant was awesome! He made my husband and I feel very comfortable knowing that he would be taking care of my car. He made sure that I was I. A loaner car that could fit my family while my Tiguan was being worked on. His communication was top notch. I wasn’t going to bring my car there again because of my last visit but he definitely changed our mind. Also, a big thank you to CJ for all of his help. I’m very happy with my repairs and the turn around time fixing it. Oh and Destin needs a raise. He has been the most polite and helpful young man. And that’s EVER time I’ve seen him. Oil Change The service department was friendly but not knowledgeable. At least the person I had. Overall the experience was normal for a $79 oil change. I had just purchased a used CC so I wanted it inspected as well and for the most part already knew what the issues were and I was just looking for confirmation. One thing noticed later after leaving the dealership was they put the wrong oil sticker change date and mileage in the window. I would go back back because I trusted their opinions on the work that needed to be done. It’s the amount it cost that I have a problem with. More
