Bad experience My experience was terrible with the service department. I had the worse experience ever with the service department staff. I will never bring my vehic My experience was terrible with the service department. I had the worse experience ever with the service department staff. I will never bring my vehicle here again. They had my vehicle for 2 weeks to do a repair that took less than 8 hours. The attitudes of some of the service team members is unprofessional and they are very untruthful. Thank you for my repairs but no thank you, in me ever returning again. I will take my vehicle to another service department an hour away before I come back here again. More

50/50 bad diasnostics. They recommended me to change a filter that had already changed one month ago. They told me that the engine light on the screen of bad diasnostics. They recommended me to change a filter that had already changed one month ago. They told me that the engine light on the screen of my car went on and off, which they recommended that I had to pay to be diasnostic. I have never seen any light, that has to do with the engine. Now I have driven, after the oil change, 250 miles and no lights have been turned on. More
