Happy with my experience at Heritage VW of South Atlanta I walked through the door looking for a salesperson I had spoke with, who had apparently left for the day. That day I actually left with other cars in mind to look at. Few days later I came back because it was just the best car +customer service combination. Again John did everything he could to make my car buying experience good, (even convincing my wife and she is not an easy sale)! I would definitely recommend Heritage VW of South Atlanta, and I would suggest speaking with John Abney, if you can. More

Check Engine Light I was impressed because they seemed to have gotten the problem taken care of, but I just found out that I will be going back. They got the check engin I was impressed because they seemed to have gotten the problem taken care of, but I just found out that I will be going back. They got the check engine light off, but it just came back on 4 hours after picking it up. So I am not sure what is going on with the light. I am glad they said it was all covered under warranty and didn’t charge me anything. I just want to be sure the problem was really taken care of. I don’t know the names of any of the employees it was my first time there. More

I always felt comfortable giving him my honest opinions and thoughts about the cars we were looking for and never felt pressured into a decision. Everyone I worked with was genuinely interested in finding out exactly what I was looking for in a car and helping me find one that fit my budget. The staff there were incredible from beginning to end, and really helped me feel confident in my purchase. I ended up leaving the lot with a car I love and that was in my budget, I could not have asked for more. Could not recommend these people highly enough. More
