Gone from great service to needs improvement! I have been bringing my bug here for years. Always great service, people and nice waiting area. Not sure what changed. My key was stuck in door. For around $180 they cut the key and said had to order new key and cylinder from Germany would be 4-6 weeks. That was May 9th. We finally call to check on parts and they forgot to order! Said they would expedite ship no extra charge. That was June 28. Got call July 2 to bring car in Weds will be ready Friday. Get call Friday only one thing came in and we can pu car till rest comes in. We were out of town said we would pu following week. Get call Monday part is in. Repairs completed July 11. The car is fixed now. Oh yes the sign says will offer top dollar for car! Was offered under $1,500😂 More

All they care about is the sale Bought a 2017 suburban at sticker price. While test driving the vehicle I noticed the cars mats piled up in back of vehicle. When we decided to purcha Bought a 2017 suburban at sticker price. While test driving the vehicle I noticed the cars mats piled up in back of vehicle. When we decided to purchase, they took vehicle back to detail. When it came back there were only 2 mats and one was not the same color. I asked for mats to be put in the vehicle. The manager is the one that makes the calls on this apparently. He denied my request, stating “we didn’t price the vehicle with mats”. I explained that this would be different if I knew it up front, this was deceptive and this would be the difference in me considering this a positive experience. Without even coming out to speak to me in person the Manager (DJ) made the call to deny my request again. I can see the manager through glass this entire time I mind you. I called several days later to speak with the manager and was forced to leave a message. No response. This review pertains to POOR COMMUNICATION, not so much the mats. Wouldn’t recommend, or use them again. More
