Car Service It was very good. Waiting time was just as expected. Customer service was good too. Pleasant and humble persons ensure I was comfortable. They offe It was very good. They offered snacks n fruits N coffee etc. During waiting you are really at home. I relaxed in their movie theatre n enjoyed a movie Armageddon. Pretty cool. Cost for servicing my VW Jetta oil change, Wheel Rotation changing a filter over a $100 after discount wasn’t bad. First time car owner so I don’t really know much. I would go back and recommend them too. More

I loved it so much that I recommended it to a family member and a couple of the friends -- everyone purchased a VW from Heritage. I drove it for 2 years and bought a different car in 2018. Yikes...bad move... a book recycling the Socialist VW lovers among my friends and family who it also purchased around the same time. Being the Oddball out coming this summer I realized that the Volkswagen was indeed my preferred vehicle. Therefore, i traded the car I bought for a 2019 loaded SE Jetta. My salesperson,John,was awesome. He showed me all of the features of the car before the test drive. He noted things during the test drive. The team seemed to work together to get me in the vehicle of "my choice" not just a vehicle that would just "work".... so, just as with my friends and family who have also purchased from this great dealership, I am glad to be back in the VW Family! I like and trust this dealer, but I've been using Heritage for the 5 years since I purchased my car here. This is the only time I've used a dealership for maintenance on a regular bas I've been using Heritage for the 5 years since I purchased my car here. This is the only time I've used a dealership for maintenance on a regular basis. They do good work, the prices quoted are what you are presented with unless you are advised of a problem or need. I do have an issue with timing occasionally. Today, I waited in the waiting room for 3.5 hours after arriving. It was a 50,000 mile checkup. I was 15 minutes late for my appointment time, but had called in to advise them of that and they said no problem. I've had at least 2 waits that were more than 2 or 2.5 hours. More

Heritage VW for the WIN I went into VW on 7/24/2019 and walked out with a brand new 2019 Tiguan VW. My salesman was Milton. He was very very nice and helpful.
