Key replacement and reprogramming My experience wasn't the best. I ordered a key and wanted to reprogram it to my car. I ordered the key on a Tuesday and they said it usually takes up My experience wasn't the best. I ordered a key and wanted to reprogram it to my car. I ordered the key on a Tuesday and they said it usually takes up to two days to receive it and from there it would take an hour or so to get it reprogrammed. So when I didn't hear anything back from Volkswagen on Saturday I went in to check what is taking so long and so I talked to Chris from parts department and he said he doesn't know why it's taking so long and that he would check back with service department or something along those lines and that he would get back to me Monday morning. So he did and promised me it'll be ready Tuesday which it was. I just wonder how long would it have taken if I never checked up on my car. So overall my experience wasn't great. More
Atlas 2019 Purchase Recently, my wife and I were in search of an Atlas SE with Tech/ and moonroof. After some marathon internet research, we came across Heritage. Our ini Recently, my wife and I were in search of an Atlas SE with Tech/ and moonroof. After some marathon internet research, we came across Heritage. Our inital price point had us looking at used Atlas's (Atli?) in our area (Chattanooga). However the prices for a NEW Atlas were well worth the 2.5 hour drive. We called to see if they still had the two we looked online at in stock. The first person we talked to was Dennis Laryea. He said he would pull the two around we wanted to look at, before we got there. Once arrived, there was no pressure, he answered all the questions we had, gave us all of our options, and helped us through the buying process. Dennis was a 5+ star salesperson. The only issues were the rear windshield wiper was damaged in shipment, but was corrected before we left, and when we got home, we realized one of the tire air valve covers was missing, but overall, we will definitely be using Heritage again. More

2017 Jetta Only had my 2017 Jetta less than 8 months and had to spend $1000 in repairs. The boost actuator failed. This is a second car that isn’t driven much. Service department slow even when you have an appointment. No one could find me in the system even though I was told I had an appointment. No where to go but up... I hope. More
Timely Service Scheduled a service visit to come in at noon. Was told it was a 90 minute job. When I arrived the service area was packed and I was concerned that the visit would require closer to 3 hours which didn't have in my calendar. To my surprise, Tony got me in and out with a wash too in 75 minutes. Grateful! More
