Customer service Was there a month ago to get full service done. Went today because they failed to catch the alignment that was needed to be done before. Was told 2 ho Was there a month ago to get full service done. Went today because they failed to catch the alignment that was needed to be done before. Was told 2 hours but wasn’t done until after 4 hours. We were there at 8 am and one of the few customers there that early. People came and left. My daughter who drove me there had to catch an Uber to work because I had a recent surgery done on my right hand and can’t drive. They could not provide a person to drive my car back home. I also had a doctor’s appointment at 12:30. He suggested that I should Uber to the doc and Uber home after. Then when my daughter leaves work she Uber to pick up the car from work at 9 pm. I did rush to my appointment driving one hand and was late for it being in Fayetteville and driving from Union City leaving the dealer at 12:25. Really bad service. Would never go there again. More
