Service I spoke/texted with at least 3 different people and none of them knew what the other had done. I spoke with a woman initially who decided on our plan I spoke/texted with at least 3 different people and none of them knew what the other had done. I spoke with a woman initially who decided on our plan of service. The next person could not read my handwriting (sorry) but did not understand what I wished done. This person then got info and said work could be done that day. The next morning another text from someone else asking if I dropped my cat off at airport? No one called to tell me what work or price, I had to text prior to boarding plane asking if my cat would be waiting for me. That am I was asked again what I would like done... at the point I said oil and tire rotation. My bill was never explained, oil change should have been free and it was 109.00 for? Then Thursday another text about payment... sad ad I need a new car and was hopeful my experience would be a lot better than this! More
