Upon my arrival Deonte comfirmed he had been notified, reviewed the checklist of services to be provided and promptly checked me in with Bryant. Bryant reviewed for me the services, cost and time involved in this visit. My interaction with him was thorough, informative and caring - as always. It was easy to redirect my attention to my upcoming presentation as I enjoyed a complimentary cup of coffee with a piece of fresh fruit. The waiting area provided state of the art amenities and as much privacy as i could desire. Bryant returned with a complete explanation of what was done to my vehicle and what to get done next. Grace checked me out maintaining a pleasent demeanor through a list of multitasks and took the time to apply a dealership special discount to my final bill. I did not have direct contact with the technician (Stephen), however, his presence was realized by having my vehicle finished in less time than was predicted and the newness again while driving it on the road. Heritage Volkswagen may be a well oiled corporate machine but Bryant, Deonte, Stephen and Grace is all the Heritage I can know. I presume this number of positive attitudes from diverse positions, filter down from the top. Thoroughness, informative and caring was woven into the fabric of my visit. More
