The copy of the service order that I received spelled out every step that was taken in detail. I was a little disappointed that this service procedure was $35 higher than it would have cost from the VW dealer in my area, but that dealer has chosen to discontinue service to Routans since they are a Chrysler product and Heritage is 70 miles round trip. Overall I was happy with my experience at Heritage VW today. More
