Ultimately did a decent job, but service department rarely answers the phone and delayed completion of work. They also could not tell me exactly when my car would be ready. Heritage Volkswagen killed my car and don't care! On 8 Feb 2020, I had safety recalls done on my 2014 VW Passat and specifically told the service rep which recalls I did not want ( no updates). after On 8 Feb 2020, I had safety recalls done on my 2014 VW Passat and specifically told the service rep which recalls I did not want ( no updates). after the recalls were done I drove home and my car shut down, I brought my car back to Heritage VW on the 10th and informed the Service Tech of the problem who then told me that my car neededan oil change (oil was changed on 1 Feb 2020) once I told him that he stated that my Adblue was empty (Adblue was filled on 8 Feb 2020) then I told him that and he stated a Tech would look at it. My car was returned to me after 4 hours and I was provided with an invoice stating that I needed $445 worth of parts and labor which I refused because Heritage VW created this problem by conducting an UPDATE I did not request. I towed my vehicle to another VW Dealership and provided them with the invoice that I was given and they ordered the exact part and did the work and the vehicle still won't start. I am now left with a car that was working fine before Heritage Volkswagen worked on it to a vehicle that won't start. I spoke to the Service Manager who that I have another UPDATE done that will reduce my miles per gallon between 6-10 and they would repair the vehicle for free or I would have to pay for the repair out of my pocket. Prior to Heritage VW working on my vehicle I had no problems; now I don't even have a working car. More

I went in for the micro switch recall and left with a lot more knowledge of what I need for my car. Gee was great! He explained to me my service needs in terms I could understand.
