I brought my car in because my radio died. You guys tried to charge us but we did the research and we had a warranty. The experience was absolutely terrible. The service department and the people we dealt with were xxxxty, lazy, had very poor communication, unprofessional, you guys never return phone calls, horrible experience, I will never recommend you guys to anyone! Terrible!!!!!! I asked for a oil change and never received it. After 6 weeks of waiting and not knowing what the xxxx was going on we finally got the call to get my car. Also, you guys xxxxed the panel around my radio! I will drive to the other volkswagen or just drive the car in the river before I ever come to you guys! The sales man could call me everyday twice a day to ask if I wanted to buy a xxxxty car but I couldn’t get an update or a call back on the status of my car! I will make sure to tell everyone to avoid you guys! More

The service was fine, but the courtesy wash was not not worth being free. I had to go somewhere else and pay to have it cleaned. Also 2 days after having service, the check tire light came on. My service was scheduled with a service advisor who doesn't work on Saturdays. I arrived at my scheduled time and had to wait until they could find someone to assist me. I requested that my car be wash doesn't work on Saturdays. I arrived at my scheduled time and had to wait until they could find someone to assist me. I requested that my car be washed and detailed at the time of appointment and although the paperwork indicated that it was done, as I walked out to my car it was not done. I let service dept.know my car was not clean and after waiting another 30 minutes, no one ever came to resolve the situation. I will not return to this location. I chose it as I recently moved to this area. I will travel the 40 miles to my original purchase dealership for better service. I was there a total of 4hours which included bringing my domestic partner in, which resulted in a car sale for your dealership. My overall experience was disappointing. More
