Great rental experience Warranty work was required on my vehicle and I was provided a rental car from the dealership. My work schedule did not allow me to get to the dealership when the rental department was open so they had the rental car ready for me first thing in the morning when I dropped off my vehicle to get fixed. Rental car was clean and neat. Assistance from Melissa was awesome. She went above and beyond assisting me. Very satisfied and will use them again and refer them as well. More

I had an early saturday appointment and received a warm greeting when I arrived and was offered coffee and a comfortable waiting area with a large tv and a nice, quiet atmosphere to do a little work on my laptop. Before I knew it my car was ready and I was on my way. I was helped by Rob V. and he was very professional and informative regarding my vehicle, and not at all pushy about upcoming repairs that will be needed. I highly recommend Putnam Ford to all my friends!! More

She was thorough in the explanation of all charges to be paid for the rental, including assuring me of the refund of my deposit in a timely manner.
