I brought my car in for service at Heritage Valley Ford in Putnam. It was going to take a while, so I asked for a ride home. A gentleman who introduced himself as Ron gave me a ride. This driver Ron has in Putnam. It was going to take a while, so I asked for a ride home. A gentleman who introduced himself as Ron gave me a ride. This driver Ron has to be the rudest, most preferred man I have ever encountered. All the way back to my house he said inappropriate things to me. Some of the things he sad were, "don't be fooled, at 78 I'm as virile as a 20 yr old", " do you like my white beard? It sure will tickle your thighs." These are just some of the inappropriate things he said to me. The topper occurred when we arrived at my house. When he stopped the car he put his hand on my thigh and said " I hope we meet again." This man should be terminated. If the powers to be do not terminate driver Ron within 7 days of the posting of this review, I will contact an attorney and state Police to file sexual harassment charges against driver Ron and Heritage Valley Ford. If your vehicle is in for service at Heritage Valley Ford be very Leary about accepting a ride home from them. Martha More

I was coming from out of state so I needed to call and setup a time. When I got there the vehicle was out front, ready for a test drive. Prepare mentally for the oncoming “pushy salesmen.” And then… they don’t come. Instead, you get friendly people who don’t try to “push” anything on you. They’re helpful. They listen. They’re accommodating. Tim W was an awesome sales rep. He is amazing and makes the process really smooth. He goes above and beyond for his customers and tries to help as much as possible. Dave P was a great finance manager - explained all the options and what was best for our needs. Great small talk. We were so satisfied with my husband's purchase of a new Ford Ranger that we decided to purchase my new Ford EcoSport on the same time. We both had traded vehicles and we got what we wanted. Definitely recommend. More
