Melissa was attentive to my needs, confirmed availability of vehicle size immediately, and proceeded with the reservation without issue. She was thorough in the explanation of all charges to be paid for the rental, including assuring me of the refund of my deposit in a timely manner. I am pleased to state that Melissa has a great command of her job, a very nice personality, as well as quick response time. She was a definite pleasure to work with. My family is a Ford family... since my wife and I have been married (14 years) we've had 2 focuses, 2 Exscapes, and Explorer and now the Mustang.
