Great rental experience Warranty work was required on my vehicle and I was provided a rental car from the dealership. Overnight van rental - Super service I had a great experience with Putnam Ford's rental department. I rented a van to transport 9 of us to Philadelphia for the day and back the next day. Melissa made sure to ask me if i needed a low height van in case we needed to go into a parking garage. She made sure the van was clean and ready to go the morning we left, bright and early. Before I knew it my car was ready and I was on my way. I was helped by Rob V. and he was very professional and informative regarding my vehicle, and not at all pushy about upcoming repairs that will be needed.
