I give this dealership a bad rating for the following reason(s): I located a 2014 mustang via Truecar on the internet. I contacted their internet sales manager and we made a deal via email for me to purchase the vehicle at a fair price. I went to their dealership in Brooklyn Ct. and met with Jim Theriault, a sales rep, who would be handling the details for my purchase contract. I was told he was new to the job. After waiting more than THREE HOURS I met with one of their finance people, the contract was explained to me, we went over the details and I signed the contract and to me this deal was done. 2 or 3 days later I picked up my new car. 10 days or so later I received an email stating that Jim Theriault had neglected to get from me "proof of income statements". When I did not produce these statements when they demanded their finance manager, JIM do COUTO, sent me an email THREATENING to call the police and inform them that I had STOLEN the vehicle I had purchased via a signed contract and been driving for almost 2 weeks!!!! I delivered the "statements" to them on 11/16/13 and asked to see Jim do Couto as I was seeking an apology for the threatening email he had sent me. I was told he was not available but when I stated I would make a trip to see him on his next day of work he suddenly appeared RAISING his voice, SWEARING at me and obviously having no intention of apologizing for his rude, unnecessary email. When the general sales manager, LOU CARVALHO, heard this going on he appeared and joined in with JIM do COUTO, both of them SWEARING at me and then demanding I leave the premises. I left and while driving home wondered why I ever purchased a car from Courtesy Ford, a rather ironic name considering the DISCOURTEOUS and UNPROFESSIONAL way they treated me. Walt Berglind More

I went into the dealership because of a meeting with Courtesy at a YYCC car meet and an add on the website for a Ford 500. As with any purchase there are bumps in the road but Tony and Lou worked very hard to help me find A Ford that I loved and that was new enough for the financing company to approve. Along the way Tony was telling jokes and finding the humor in it all. The approval process was very quick, they have great contacts with the banks to get you approved in record time. The longest part of the whole process was the paperwork piece with the business manager. But he is a great guy too that is very personable and friendly. I would recommend Courtesy Ford to anyone looking for a great Ford with wonderful service. They have other cars too. More

Lou Carvalho worked his magic and found financing as well as a payment that we could easily afford. We were stunned that we were able to drive out with our new car within a very short period of time.
