Great Customer Service! I hesitate to come to a dealer but I had a check engine light on in my Corolla. Pam Mccall met me in the serivce lane, took me to the lounge and had m I hesitate to come to a dealer but I had a check engine light on in my Corolla. Pam Mccall met me in the serivce lane, took me to the lounge and had my car diagnosed while I waited. She told me what I needed to fix my car and I was out of the dealership in 2 hours! She made it easy and explained weverything. I will be returning for service and telling my friends and family. Thank you! More

A compassionate reconditioning manager On Monday, February 8, 2016 I nervously went into R&H without an appointment. I had hit a snow bump a week before and noticed that part of the fender On Monday, February 8, 2016 I nervously went into R&H without an appointment. I had hit a snow bump a week before and noticed that part of the fender of my new Camry was now sticking up. I was introduced to Ron Mayne, the reconditioning manager. He looked at it and immediately put me at ease and told me to wait in the service area as he took the car for a few minutes. When I was confused where the waiting area was, he kindly walked me in opening the door for me and assuring me my problem was easily fixable. He was so kind and gracious that I was put at ease. I sat down and before I knew it, Ron was back. He walked me out to my fixed car and again opened the door and told me to have a great day. He without a doubt made my day. His gentle and gracious mannerism I greatly appreciated as not only was I sick over the problem but physically ill. I went home and thought about how there really are some good guys out there who truly care about how someone feels. I will never forget the courtesy and kindness that Ron Mayne showed me. I have never written a review before but I thought Ron Mayne deserved recognition. More
Excellent customer service. I have had two service advisors at R&H Toyota Service Center for the past several years. Judy and Paul are their names, and they have helped me immen I have had two service advisors at R&H Toyota Service Center for the past several years. Judy and Paul are their names, and they have helped me immensely when I needed a lot of work done on my car. I like the waiting facilities, the free popcorn and custom coffees, and the children's play area. It has been a pleasant experience and I am very grateful it is in the location that it is. I don't have any experience buying a car from R&H, but I will definitely check them out the next time I am in need of buying a car. I have also worked with Jeanne in securing a loaner car from the Toyota Rental program, while my car was in for about a week, and she was a wonderful person to talk to as well. More

Money Hungry My wifes 4Runner started to show the CHECK ENGINE light. So I took two weeks ago the car to R&H and told Spiro to check everything and let me know wha My wifes 4Runner started to show the CHECK ENGINE light. So I took two weeks ago the car to R&H and told Spiro to check everything and let me know whats required. Spiro is calling and says the car needs this and that essentially oil and filter changes including power steering and transmission. I agreed, the did the job and I paid $560 for some maintenance. It looked high but because of the steering fluid and general check up I said OK. Last week, my wife calls and says another CHECK ENGINE is on. So I reschedule with R&H they check the car and Aphonse calls with the news that the car needs fuel air ratio sensor replacement and that is apron $565. The cost of the diagnostic $115 would be inluded in the repair. I think diagnostic must be paid but wondered why the first time they diagnosed the car nothing showed up. Talked to the manager who calls Spio and Alphonse into his office. Spiro shows the computer record of the first repair and states there was no diagnostic made. I paid the $115 for the diagnostic furious that they didn't do it as I requested the first time. A sensor is a scrtew in screw out job. they wanted around 4 hours labor and $260 for the sensor. I checked sensors online and they are under $100. Threfore, please take my advise: AVOID R&H Toyota for service. Its super priced and just out to get you again and again! More
Excellent service I was pleased by the service offered by R&H Toyota. In addition to servicing my car, someone also helped me to set up my Bluetooth and they did a gre I was pleased by the service offered by R&H Toyota. In addition to servicing my car, someone also helped me to set up my Bluetooth and they did a great job washing my car. Not all stations do that, but my car was sparkling clean as well as serviced with regular maintenance. Roy was my service representative and he did a fine job of explaining what needed to be done and what could be deferred.. More
Excellent Service Great service department. Provided me a loner car without asking when I was in a for a service. I was suppose to get a shuttle ride but they were not Great service department. This would not disturb me so much, but everyone there throws their "perfect" online reviews in your face if you voice displeasure. The salesman sold me lifetime oil changes and my receipt states as much. They claim that this does not exist, but no one can explain the source of the $900 listed as maintenance. They have charged me for services that did not fix the problem, resulting in multiple return trips. I would forgive this, but an oil change lasts almost 3 hours after they attempt to upsell you for services. Again, I would forgive this as part of the business, but they bad mouth other dealerships for their low ratings, but obviously some sort of software prevents tarnishing their allegedly impeccable resume.
