Happy Customer This review is long overdue but I have been preoccupied dealing with the horrible customer service at my local BMW place. Just wanted to mention Tony Pulignani did a great job on getting my issues resolved quickly. Customer service is his number concern. I am thrilled with the experience I had at your dealership. This dealership is outside my local area, but I told Tony I will definitively be back for a new Toyota when my 11 year Sequoia needs to be replaced. My husband is a BMW lover but after our last experience with them, I think I have changed his mind. Great job on customer service !!!! BMW could learn a few things. More

Kristiana is the best! Kristiana is one amazing person. I can't get enough of her bug smile and warm and welcoming personality. She's the type of person you could just hang with all day. Which is great because buying a car is not the shortest or fastest process in the world. If your going to Heritage Toyota make sure you ask for her. She will make your car buying experience truly exceptional! Oh yeah Derek is a cool brother too! Always respectable and makes the process simple for you. You can feel comfortable with him from the test drive to the paperwork. Great job guys! More

Excellent service I came in a couple days ago to get a regular oil change, and as i pull up i am greeted by a friendly face. Caring for you. My experience with Heritage Toyota is as an employee. I feel I need to put this out there because of the caring and empathy that they have for their e My experience with Heritage Toyota is as an employee. I feel I need to put this out there because of the caring and empathy that they have for their employees the shows the type of business that you will be dealing with when you purchase a car or for any of your Automotive needs. My husband is very ill and they have been awesome through this very trying time for Richard and I.
