I was pleasantly surprised to notice it was not so this time. Britt Thobe was the Service Advisor I was assigned to and she was as good as an advisor could be. I arrived at 11 AM and Ms Thobe did a good job in getting the car quickly into the service facility. Unfortunately when the air-conditioner was checked using a free coupon it was not blowing cold air as it should have done and Ms Thobe communicated this to be with what I thought was a reasonable price and a reasonable time for the repair. It took a bit longer than we anticipated and I could only get out of the facility at around 3.00 PM. However, this was one time I was completely satisfied with the service and would like to thank the service folks who did a great job. The only problem I saw when I got home was that the rubber gaurd on the right at the back of the car had slipped one edge and was hanging loose. II think one of the screws got loose and I hope I can take it back for a quick fix sometime this weekend. I was going to give 4 stars but Ms Thobe too had suffered an empty stomach without lunch as much as I had and so with the fine work which she did along with the excellent work of the service personnel it warranted a 5 star. I hope they keep up the good work and the honestly in communicating service charges. Its a refreshing change but not sure how long it would last but for this instance, well done. More

Feedback from Service Manager and Customer Relations Manager On 12/22/18 I brought my 1998 LandCruiser in for oil change and tire rotation with my 2 coupons, oil change for $29.99 and tire rotation for $16.99. On 12/22/18 I brought my 1998 LandCruiser in for oil change and tire rotation with my 2 coupons, oil change for $29.99 and tire rotation for $16.99. But when I was called to pay it's around $64.00. The service advisor (Britaney Thobe) said I'm not allowed to use 2 coupons. This is a very deceptive and unethical way of doing business. I've been a 21-year long customer with this dealer when I purchased the 1998 Land cruiser, then the 2004 Corolla LE and finally the 2005 Sienna LE AWD. I know many individuals from the sales, service, parts to the management for a long time, from Jenny, Judy Sutton, to Dan (technician in 4-wheel alignment). I left multiple voicemails to Mike Young and Shirley Kucera trying to inform them about this incident and didn't get a response until 3, 4 days later and I myself had to call again. More

The regular service managers tend to cut corners and try to get you in and out as quickly as possible. Most do not take the time to let you know what was done or not done on your car and are next to impossible to get a hold off if you have a problem or complaint. I have been taking my 21013 Toyota 4-Runner there on a regular basis for the past 6 years to receive service. The last time I brought in my vehicle I notice that it was missing one of the lugnuts from doing a tire rotation there. When I asked about what happen to it, he first asked if I was sure it had been there originally and maybe it could have been removed at a different shop. I explained that this could be possible since there location is the only place that I take my car in to be serviced. Service manager was reluctant to replace it & had to insist that the do so. Long story short after being told 3 days to get the part received it in 8 days, they ended up replacing it with the wrong part that didn’t match the others & didn’t even tell me: Found out a few months later when I got a flat & needed to change the tire that they were not able to do it because the 1 lugnut was different & the tool to remove it that they gave me would not work on that one because it was different!, Needless to say I was not impressed! 😡 So; this time I went straight to the top and spoke with the service director Tony. Tony was very understanding and took the time to listen to my whole story without interrupting me. He apologized about what happened and said that he would take care of it. Well, I’ve heard that before so I wasn’t confident that he would do anything about it anytime soon & started looking for other options. Well Tony dropped what he was doing and within a couple of hours had personally driven to the body shop about a 40 min drive with the tool to remove the lugnut and the correct replacement and took care of it:Wow! He actually came throgh and did what he said he would. I was truly grateful and surprised to see that he was truly a man of his word and that he stepped up and took accountability and made it right: Thank-you Tony.
