I tried to get in touch with Shirley Kucera of Heritage Toyota, 2 times by telephone and 2 times by electronic communication. Nobody will get in touch with me, especially Shirley Kucera, who's supposed to Toyota, 2 times by telephone and 2 times by electronic communication. Nobody will get in touch with me, especially Shirley Kucera, who's supposed to be in charge. Date was 2/7/22. Invoice No.: 7TCS1254892 Advisor: 3359 lied to me, one lie after another. He said that the price of oil change was then same as last year. 2nd lie: 'There's a 15% labor or service tax. He was also mean. I told him the hatchback door doesn't work. They didn't notice that the hatchback door didn't work or they didn't care. He said it would have to be put up on a machine and would cost a lot of money. He was very anxious to get rid of me. And I had to wait almost 2 hours for the oil change. They wanted to do a 4-wheel alignment. They didn't even notice that the tires were bad! And they wanted $756.17 for a 4 wheel alignment. I can get new tires and free 4 wheel alignment for about that price at big brand name car repair place. Also they said I need a brake fluid exchange for $22,642.54. I know this is a typo but it shows they were in a big hurry and just didn't care. They also said they couldn't wash the car because it was too cold. False. I t was in the 40s according to local news. I can't believe a word they say. WHAT ELSE DID THEY FAIL TO TELL ME AND HOW MUCH WAS DISTORTED AND DECEITFUL. The whole experience was a disgrace! I WANT MY $80.02 BACK! I'd love to tell somebody but that's impossible because you can't contact anybody. I wonder who the CEO is? Maybe I should buy a Subaru or some other type of car in future because I would have a better chance to get it serviced! More
I HAD A NAIL IN MY TIRE. THE SERVICE ADVISOR SAIDI NEEDED A NEW TIRE. I CALLED A MECHANIC I KNOW. IT WAS A SMALL NAIL. NO NEW TIRE WAS NEEDED.. They are very confused.I bought a new car from Heritage They are very confused. I bought a new car from Heritage last Oct. (I strongly advice not doing that). Seems there was a 3 year old RAV4 in for service that day. The email was an invoice for that service. Trouble is that I did NOT have a car in their service shop that day (or ever). It was someone else's auto. Yet somehow they had my name attached to it. I pity the real customer. He's never going to hear that his service is over and he can pick up the car. More
