Alphonse is a very reassuring service manager. He gives the impression that the work required will be performed immediately and with great authority. He also made sure that we understood all car systems, a the impression that the work required will be performed immediately and with great authority. He also made sure that we understood all car systems, and that we knew to use and operate it, a considerable feat since today’s vehicles are so sophisticated. He made sure complicated was simple! Thanks Alphonse. You are very reassuring. More

His words are precise, incisive, and ultimately reliable. He listens intently to the wishes of the customer, and deftly manages the entire organization to bring about the best results. He lives for the happy customer! You will not find a better managed organization that produces tremendous results. We are one happy example, among many. Carlos Guzman and his finance staff worked hard and long into the night to bring about the most advantageous terms and prices. It’s gratifying to see that his heart was on his sleeves at all times. He was sincere and completely transparent, and is the prime example of empathy for the customer’s needs. So refreshing! And Brian Park, our sales representative, was non-stop on his feet coordinating the various elements needed to complete the sale. we think he enjoyed difficult customers (us). He came up with all the options possible for us to complete the sale. And all these with a genuine 24hr smile. Thank you Brian. You were so happy helping us, we became so happy being your customer. Your joy is infectious! Thank you for our alluring Highlander Hybrid Platinum! More

Seems there was a 3 year old RAV4 in for service that day. The email was an invoice for that service. Trouble is that I did NOT have a car in their service shop that day (or ever). It was someone else's auto. Yet somehow they had my name attached to it. I pity the real customer. He's never going to hear that his service is over and he can pick up the car. More
Just the worst. I bought from out of state. They required that I pay them to do the tags, title, and registration in my home state - even though my home state is fine with me doing it myself. So I required that I pay them to do the tags, title, and registration in my home state - even though my home state is fine with me doing it myself. So I paid the amount that they quoted me, even though I pointed out to them that it was incorrect (way low). They say they have a contract thru Toyota with RegUSA and MUST MUST MUST use them. I let 3 months go by and nothing had shown up at my local county DMV. So I started calling and emailing Heritage. 2 calls to the Finance guy - nothing back. 2 calls and emails to my sales manage - nothing back. Finally John Kim called me back, and said he'd look into it. 2 weeks later - nothing. When I called again I got through to a different finance guy, and he listened and said this was nothing unusual. He managed to get my original finance guy to send me an email. They want more money. The original numbers weren't correct. Which I knew! and told them so. The new total also is not correct. And I've sent them emails giving them the exact numbers. That doesn't matter. They are stuck in their shells, and it looks like my only recourse is to title the car myself, and then sue them for a refund. Sounds like a plan. More
