We could have pre-ordered our car elsewhere, but Alex made it easy and comfortable to move forward with him. Also, as we had no personal experience with how the hybrid works, we had a good number of questions for Alex about the new 2021 RAV Hybrid. Alex was super knowledgeable, always available, always friendly, always professional, not “sales-y” in any way (a HUGE plus considering how salesmen at other dealerships had treated us), but truly cared about giving us answers, followed up with us in a very professional manner, and has constantly been there to answer questions after the purchase. He even showed us how to set up The Toyota app, pair our phones with the vehicle, and showed us all kinds of neat tips and tricks that made all the difference when we went to drive it home!
