I purchased a 2021 Highlander Platinum vehicle from Heritage Toyota and the finance department Erika Hodge emailed ALL my personal information to another person. Beware your identity will be compromised and your information is out there in jeopardy of fraud for the rest of your life. The general manager Aaron Veerothai offered me a life lock plan protection for five years estimate cost value $1700, as long as I would sign a Release document to forever discharge/release any harm/claims that I might occur against the Dealer, it’s Officers , Directors, Stockholders, Employees, heirs, successors, etc. and that I would not speak of this incident to anyone. Bottom line my identity and the safety of my family is in someone else’s hands and it’s only worth $1700. from Toyota dealership. I was advised not to sign this release document. I received Outstanding customer service from JiPeng Wang. His professionalism was top notch. He was very attentive to my auto needs and time restraint, because my car was totaled in an accident and I needed His professionalism was top notch. Jipeng kept the lines of communication open with me through out the whole process. Either by phone, text or email, he kept me abreast of his progress. Whenever I visited the dealership, he made me feel comfortable, welcomed and I knew that he had my undivided attention when I was there. And because of the hot weather, he always made sure that I had a bottle of cold water in hand. My first choice of replacement car was a Prius or Corolla hybrid. But none were available for more than a week. Jiping worked with his management team and got me a very good deal on a Camry hybrid. The whole team made me fill as if I was the only customer in the dealership, and that my satisfaction was their paramount concern. I can go on with my praises for Jipeng. But I guess I made my point. If I should need another car in the future, Jipeng will always get my business! My advise to his management team is... Jipeng Wang is definitely a keeper! More

Okey this is a long review. We bought a 2012 Ford Fusion at Toyota of Owings Mills. After getting extended warranty. Within 3 week of having the vehicle of car was making a loud noise seem like in the rear at Toyota of Owings Mills. After getting extended warranty. Within 3 week of having the vehicle of car was making a loud noise seem like in the rear passenger side. So we took it to there main service location on music fair rd Toyota in Owings mills. So they put new tired and adjusted some issues. So a few weeks later the car totally stalls while driving a high rate of speed on rt 29 and had to quickly react to get off of how on fast lane side. Not only was my son scared due to being on thr wrong side of the street police were called and stated you are not safe here. Vehicle when than towed back to heritage Owings mills mechanics there must couldn't fix it so they took it to Len Stoler of Owings Mills. So that fixed the stalling part. So 1 or 2 weeks later this loud noise is going on again feels like the wheel is coming off and I talked to some of my friends that are diesel mechanic's that said it's not safe to drive. So I called Toyota where I bought the car and asked them if we do a exchange I Talked to Ryan one of thr Sales managers he said bring the car in. So after waiting like maybe 2 hours for them yo get the new car a 2013 dodge dart limited my son test drove it. And we thinking Okey were good. Thr General manager John Kim comes to our sales rep desk and stats we don't have any service records to to do a stop out. I stated to him cant you hold the new car to tomorrow he stated we don't own this car and somebody wants it. I'm like so you dragged us here with all these issues and can't hold the car one night until they talk to service dept he said he NO so my son was excited about this other car that actually works. So it ended as me saying I give 72 hours to address the issue before I seek counsel. BTW people after I bought this car 1 week later I bought my daughter a 20k car from heritage jeep of Owings Mills is this really how they gonna treat repeat customer no they only care about one thing sales. More

I had such a wonderful experience at Heritage Toyota this week. First, my husband and I met with Justin Taylor, a sales representative at Toyota. He was extremely patient, easy going, and relatable.
