My experience with Mr. Greene could not have gotten any better. I walked in with only hope to be able to walk out with my dream truck and that is exactly what happened with Mr. Greene as my sales represent better. Mr. Greene and Mr. Kim heard my budget and went to work with trying to get my trade-in value at just the right price in order to get the truck I’ve always wanted. I’ve been to multiple dealerships and spoke with many car salesmen and its always the same pushy strategy, but if you’re reading this believe me when I say that Mr. Greene and Mr. Kim are the perfect people to talk to when purchasing your next vehicle. Omg he is amazing he went above and beyond to get me in a good car for my budget! Eugene Bush helped me secure the hard to find RAV4 prime that I wanted. I live in North Carolina, so everything was a little more complex this way. When I finally flew to Baltimore to pick up the vehicle he was super friendly and it was a pleasure to buy a car from him and Heritage Toyota. I was worried along the way that things might go wrong at any point since it was an out of town purchase, but it all just went so smooth and I love my new RAV4. Thanks Eugene!! More

I purchased a used car from this dealership that has been in the maintenance shop four times for multiple weeks with no resolution of engine problems. I purchased the warranty which was transferred to anoth in the maintenance shop four times for multiple weeks with no resolution of engine problems. I purchased the warranty which was transferred to another dealership, but it does not cover all of the problems with the car. It has cost me over $6000 dollars above the warranty and is still not fixed. This car is a lemon. I sent a message to John Kim who is the General Manager two weeks ago receiving verification that the message had been received and that I would be contacted shortly. In this message I outlined all of the mechanical problems with the car, but have yet to be contacted. In my opinion, this is not a trustworthy dealership. More
