Waited 2 days to hear back after 1st contact. Listings are deceiving as they don’t have the vehicles that are advertised because they were “just sold today” no matter if it was just listed. I met Brian Park to lease new 2022 Venza LE at Heritage Toyota Owings mills. He stayed late even after a dealership was closed at 9pm on friday to make sure to complete all required processes. Brian always showed a calmness and made an effort perfectly.
